Spearheaded the company’s Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Engagement, Pardot) from conception to execution. Owned the entire life cycle, encompassing integration, training, data analysis, and continuous improvement. Bridged the gap between marketing and project management by architecting a bespoke “Marketing Requests” object. This streamlined communication, fostered transparency, and empowered project teams with actionable insights.

Managed the company’s Salesforce by supplying reports and dashboards to upper management on related leads, opportunities and all relevant revenue details. Handled creating and managing all users along with training all users. Managed all trade shows and company’s marketing department objectives.

SALESFORCE ADMIN / SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

2008 – 2012

Installed Salesforce.com for the company. First and sole dedicated admin for the company and was responsible for working with consulting firm to complete the setup. Trained sales team on the functionality of Salesforce and managed the day-to-day task within Salesforce.

In addition to Salesforce Admin, I was responsible for supporting Sales. Support included but was not limited to quotations, presentations, and processing of sales orders in Oracle.
