Issue
702 PILLARS were managing all of their processes with spreadsheets and folders. They wanted to get into a CRM but did not want to spend it on subscription-based software since they were a startup. They requested a CRM with leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, invoicing, marketing, service, and inventory systems.
Result
I developed a custom CRM using the vTiger framework to create leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, service, project management, invoicing and inventory system. This allowed the company to have one centralized location for all their data. Since this was a custom build, I was able to customize the CRM to what the company needed. No over paying for services they would not use.
